Dr. Ariana Fontenot - Owner
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Ariana is a Fort Lauderdale native. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Florida International University (FIU) and Bachelors of Science in Exercise & Sport Science from the University of Central Florida (UCF).
Ariana is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES). She developed her passion for physical therapy after knee surgery and is a 3x soccer State Champion. In her free time she hangs out with friends, enjoys going to the beach, plays tennis and kickball.

Dr. Marla Lester - Co Founder
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Marla is a South Florida native. She completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Florida International University (FIU) and Bachelors of Science in Exercise & Sports Science from the Nova Southeastern University (NSU).

Marla obtained her Certified Manual Physical Therapy specialty from the Florida Institute of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (FIOMPT) and later became certified in Dry Needling & Kinematic Taping Techniques. She has extensive experience treating a comprehensive orthopedic population, including surgical & non-surgical diagnoses, peripheral joints, & spine.
Marla has a passion for hands-on, manual therapy, combined with a restorative exercise program to help patients achieve their individualized goals.
Dr. Thomas Eberle - Clinical Director
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Thomas Eberle PT, DPT is a native of Buffalo, New York where he completed his Master of Science, Physical Therapy from D’Youville College. Further, Dr. Eberle completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy/Orthopedic Residency and a Fellowship program for the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (AAOMPT), both through the Ola Grimsby Institute.
Dr. Eberle works clinically at the Holy Cross Orthopedic Institute and is an Assistant Professor at the University of St. Augustine, teaching orthopedic physical therapy. He also teaches continuing education courses for his company, the Florida Institute of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (FIOMPT).
Dr. Eberle is the former President for Florida Physical Therapy Association, is an active Fellow in the AAOMPT, has published an orthopedic manual for the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic pathologies, is published in several medical journals, is certified in Kinematic Taping, Dry Needling, and presents research and educational seminars nationally and internationally. He enjoys all kinds of sports, cooking, art, music, and traveling with his wife Casey and daughter Alexandra.
